1st AFN All-Comers set for April 5-6, 2019 in Ijebu-Ode

The Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) invites participants to its Allcomers National Athletics Championship from 5-6 April 2019, at the Gateway International Stadium, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

The Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) invites participants to its first All-Comers National Athletics Championship from 5-6 April 2019, at the Gateway International Stadium, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

AFN Secretary Elijah Ademu said that the event is a call to every State/Clubs/Institutions with eligible athletes to register for the event which will also serve as an open trial to select athletes for the forthcoming 12th All African Games in Rabat, Morocco.

Ijebu-Ode would also serve as the training ground for the U18 and U20 athletes who will be representing Team Nigeria in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire at the 2019 CAA African U18 and U20 Championships from 16-20 April.
