Foreign athletes arrive in Abuja for Abuja Super Grand Prix

Foreign athletes from Kenya, United States and the United Kingdom have arrived the Nigerian capital city Abuja for the CAA Super Grand Prix meet schedule for Saturday July 18th, 2009 at the Abuja National Stadium.

Foreign athletes from Kenya, United States and the United Kingdom have arrived the Nigerian capital city Abuja for the CAA Super Grand Prix meet schedule for Saturday July 18th, 2009 at the Abuja National Stadium.

One of the Athletes, London based Triple Jumper, Tosin Oke said he was looking forward to the meet as he arrived this morning.

Other foreign based athletes in Abuja are: Damola Osayomi, Gloria Alozie of Spain, Endurance Abinuwa, Toyin Agustus, Jessica Ohanaja, Blessing Okagbare and Moriam Seun Adigun, Kia Davies of Liberia, Latteneo Mikol of Italy, Elisabeth Davin of Belgium, Alesha Barber of Trinidad and Tobago as well as home based athletes Joy Digha of Civil defence, Funmi Ogundana of Police and Uzor Lowrelte of Delta State.

The timetable of the event and the startlists has now been released.
